21K Training Plan 2/70
It seems to be easy when thinking that I can come back in running easily but it is a Disaster..!
After 5 mos of No Run - my 3K is 31:33:00. I felt pain on my left knee, ankle and out of breath during run and I didn't finish my run without stopping. I stopped 5 times.
I hope I can make improve my 3K time tomorrow.
